Breaking news! - Merger between AllParts Medical, LLC and CT Resources Announced

AllParts Medical, LLC and CT Resources, LLC are excited to announce the merger of our two companies. Both companies were expanding to meet the growing needs of our customers and we decided that it made sense to expand together. The new entity will combine the equipment procurement, parts, and sales strengths of AllParts Medical with CT Resources' technical expertise in diagnostic imaging and their ability to perform component level repairs. The combined company will be better able to serve our customers by providing a comprehensive range of products and resources. These include tested parts for more modalities and models, technical support & training, professional deinstallations, and equipment procurement and sales.

The owners of both companies have had a long professional relationship and the merger was a natural fit. We are confident that together we will be even more responsive in satisfying our customers' needs. Funding for the merger was provided by One Eighty Capital, LLC of Chicago, IL.
